Brain Bowl - 2013, the second intra-college Quiz Competition held on March 14th was an infotainment event for the JICM family. Once again, it was evident for the academic community that dissemination of knowledge can be possible through fun and entertainment. This time, the programme included questions from the areas of business, sports and entertainment. The prizes included Medals for the winners and Certificates for all participants as well as Cash Vouchers of Rs. 1000/- , Rs. 600/- and Rs. 400/- for the First, Second and Third prize winning teams respectively.
The student participation revealed their interest in such events as well as in the current affairs. Twelve teams of two students each participated in the competition. Two elimination rounds decided the five final contestant teams. Ms. Shanthi Mathai, Assistant Professor, JICM served as the Quiz Master and Ms. Sumedha Tiwari and Ms. Pooja Prakah as the Jury.

- First Prize: Aditys Sharma and Ayush Pradhan (B.Com Sem. II)
- Second prize: Samidha Sahoo and Ruchi Rashinkar (BBA Sem. IV)
- Third Prize: Abhinav Ram S and Nischaya Sadhwani (B.Com IV)
The
presence of Vice Chancellor Dr. Anoop Swaup and guests from outside
made the occasion special and added more colour to the prize
distribution ceremony as they shared their words of wisdom
with the students.
The event was organised by the Academic & Literary Club of JICM.
